DESCRIPTION:
Rushmore members LOVE this classic Southern Oregon adventure, for its moderate, clean trail, multiple waterfalls pictures, nice ltttle workout, and the most amazing fall follage in all of our region.
Our day begins with a tourist-y photo opportunity of the Natural Bridge and the Rogue dives into and out of ancient lava tubes, producing gushes of ice old, crystal blue waters.
From there, we hit the Upper Rogue River Trail, following it 3.5 miles as it meanders its way along the Upper Rogue.
We reach our half way lunch pit stop at our next bridge, enjoy the views, and back track to our starting point, all for a perfect Fall day!
