HOW THE EVENING WORKS:

WATCH as we deliver surprise mystery ingredients to three awesome local bartenders, and they create Mixology Masterpieces!
THEN PARTICIPATE as our bartenders lead specially-chosen Rushmore members to create yummy cocktails, from scratch, based on what our members have in their kitchens!
ROUND ONE: BARTENDERS GET CHOPPIN’
All ‘tenders will receive Box One, which contains the same two mystery ingredients.
At “Go”, they’ll open Box One and utilize the mystery items, along with any other ingredients in their own kitchen or bar, to create a concoction.
At the end of the round, each tender will describe what ingredients they used, and present the finished product to the Zoom audience.
ROUND TWO: PARTICIPANTS GET CHOPPIN’
Five specially-chose Rushmore members will be paired with one Tender. mystery ingredients (different from Box One).
Utilizing two new mystery ingredients, our Mixologist will guide them via private messenger to create a cocktail using the two mystery ingredients, and any other items they have in their own kitchen.
This should be hilarious, since some are pretty novice mixologist.
At the end of the round, each team will describe what was made, and how the finished product tastes.
ROUND THREE: QUARANTINI MENU CREATION
All tenders receive Box Two, which will contain six mystery items.
At “Go!” they open Box Two and create a cocktail using only those ingredients to make the final “Quarantini”.
From these creations, we will produce a Quarantini Cocktail Menu to promote the Tenders, their businesses, and distribute the menu online as the Southern Oregon Quarantini Menu.
