The Rushmore Society, your real life social network of very busy people, invite all to join us, in partnership with the incredible team at SOGeo – Southern Oregon Geocaching, as we take you back in time to discover some of the oldest, most unique aspects of the town many of us call home: Medford!
WHAT’S GEOCACHING?
It’s a Treasure Hunt with a technological twist. SOGeo has designed a course that will have you searching high and low, discovering hidden gems and local history while having a blast.
You’ll decipher clues and solve puzzles that lead you, with the help of your GPS devices, from one location to the next in a friendly race to complete a historic tour of Medford.
AND NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY AT ALL!
HOW IT WORKS:
First, arrive at Roxyann Winery at 2pm, kick back – relax.
STEP ONE: Join a team of 2-4 new pals
STEP TWO: Each team needs a phone
STEP THREE: Learn a little about Geocaching
STEP FOUR: As a team, turn on that GPS & go!
STEP FIVE: Arrive back at 2Hawk by 4:30 pm
POST GEO WRAP PARTY:
Relive all the Adventure with your fellow ‘Cachers over some yummy eats and treats at Roxyann after the event!
