MORE ABOUT THE HIKE:
Rainie Falls Trail is a 3.6 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Grants Pass featuring beautiful scenery with mossy trees, trickling mini waterfalls, and Rogue River views. The trail itself can be a little rocky, so wear solid shoes. At certain points, the trail narrows, with a slightly steep drop off, only well-behaved doggies are encouraged.
Smaller side trails off the main trail allow one to get to the beaches by the water below. The falls are more of a drop in the river and less fall but a nice spot to have a snack and sit down. Hike is between easy and moderate.
Poison Oak is certainly around, so watch your skins 😉

Okay, get your camera ready and let’s hit the trails!
As always, please note, the Rushmore Society is a social network, not an outdoor guide crew. We invite you to join in our Adventures to connect awesome people. You are responsible for judging your physical capabilities and limitations. If you have any questions at all, just ask us 😉
The Rushmore Society is Southern Oregon’s premiere real life social network. We get out the door and say “YES!” through Adventure, Connection and Play. Do More, Live More, Rushmore.
