WHAT THE…IS DREAM-STORMING?
An outgrowth of our wonderful member brainstorming session last month, we’ve coined the term ‘Dream-storming‘ because, hey, we are different, and we are Dreamers.
THE MORNING’S TOPIC: creating an effective, member-driven team as a resource for new and potential members, because being NEW IS HARD.
HOW THE MORNING WORKS:
BEGINNING: Meet at Forage Coffee Company in Medford at 10:30 for yummy coffee, mochas and scones.
MIDDLE: Get to know fellow members, new and old, in a quiet, casual environment.
AFTER: Once we’re inspired by caffeine, we’ll conduct a short idea session focusing on building a team of members who work to bridge the gap between and smooth the transition from new and potential member to involved and comfortable member.
VIBE: Social, friendly, casual
