**Join Rushmore’s 6:15 HAPPY HOUR PRE-FUNK before every Cabaret show at either Alchemy Bar or Hearsay Bar, each less than a block away from the Theater.
It’s a casual opportunity to kick it with other members, enjoy light food and beverages, and support rad local businesses.
This NO-HOST component of our Cabaret events is organized on the individual Facebook event page shortly before each show.
SPITFIRE GRILL SYNOPSIS:
Percy, a parolee just released from prison, arrives in a small town in Wisconsin and finds a place for herself working at Hannah’s Spitfire Grill, the only eatery in a struggling town.
It is for sale but there are no takers, so newcomer Percy suggests to Hannah that she raffle it off. Entry fees are one hundred dollars and the best essay on why you want the grill wins. A heartfelt musical about healing the wounds of the past and finding your chosen family.
